YOOV WORK is a All-in-one HR management system that integrates various functions. It helps business to streamline all HR tasks, from employee onboarding, scheduling, attendance, leave, to payroll.
The company prioritizes a business strategy of rapid design deployment to secure market share, which results in limited resources allocated to UX optimization.
The absence of usability testing capability limits our ability to iterate effectively, preventing us from maximizing the value and impact of delivering competitive features.
Develop a usability testing framework within the organization.
1. Enable us to gather usability insights through conducting usability tests and analyzing data across our product portfolio.
2. Enable designers without relevant experience to conduct testing.

By evaluating various approaches, we decided to adopt moderated and in-person approach as our foundation.
While this combination has a slightly steeper learning curve compared to unmoderated and remote testing, its higher flexibility allows for higher feasibility across the entire product ecosystem. In the result perspective, this approach not only helps us obtain quantitative data but also deeper qualitative insights.
Moderators' behaviors can significantly affect the quality of testing results in a moderated testing environment. To enable users without testing experience to effectively carry out the session, we have incorporated the most critical qualities into our the guidelines.
Through the visualized testing flow, users can gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire testing operation at glance.
Additionally, this flow could serve as the foundation, the modifiability enables each testing project to be more agile. Users can develop new flow by adjusting the process according to different features, requirements, contexts, scopes, and more.
To ensure high-quality testing results, effectively capture observations and findings during the testing process, and convert data to insights during processing and analysis, we established a funnel-like workflow and guideline from data collection to analysis.
Using different tools for various stages of the testing process can create challenges to practicing, managing and organizing deliverables. It's crucial to reduce the risk of losing important information scattered across different tools.
We selected Google Document as the centralized hub. It serves as a playbook, navigation center, template and storage of records for each testing project.
