YOOV WORK is a All-in-one HR management system that integrates various functions. It helps business to streamline all HR tasks, from employee onboarding, scheduling, attendance, leave, to payroll.
As a cross-platform system, there was fragmented functionality across platforms lead to inconsistent user experience between Desktop Platform and Mobile App version.
In the App, users can perform various scheduling related actions, such as browsing, creating, or editing events. In contrast, users can only browse and remove events on the Desktop version.
Enable users to perform the Scheduling actions on Desktop version same as on the App, while ensuring a consistent cross-platform experience.

Before starting the design, I noticed some potential project risks from the design ticket with uncertainties and began addressing them first.
I proactively addressed my concerns with my Design Manager. However, I attempted to collaborate with the Product Officer for more information were unsuccessful.
Although I was unable to get direct input from the Product Team, I still managed to identify project risks by evaluating the existing design.
By walking through the findings with the team, we refined the project foundation on the first day of the sprint. This included setting a new design direction align to the scope, high-level principles, and so on.
Due to the lack of product documentation, I mapped out the existing user flow from the app side and iterated upon it to develop a suitable user flow for the web platform.
Adopting the calendar-based layout as the main view same as app's scheduling module, we could provide the most intuitive and consistent cross-platform experience for users at the beginning.
This calendar-based layout serves as the foundation to cater various user stories. By enhancing administrative control on the web interface, they can effortlessly manage scheduling tasks.
When creating events, there are many configuration options available. However, sometimes administrators received requests that only involve basic configurations. We’re now offering a way to create event with lightweight content, and a way with comprehensive set of options.
By consolidating relevant interactions in the main view, the complexity of the process is reduced. Users can now scan events and access details more quickly without switching pages.
